Job Title: IC Tech
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Responsibilities:
Maintain, calibrate, and repair plant control systems (DCS), gas/steam turbines, and electrical equipment to ensure optimal power plant performance.
Maintenance & Calibration: Calibrate and repair plant electrical, instrumentation, and control systems (e.g., pressure, temperature, pH sensors).
System Optimization: Monitor and maintain the Distributed Control System (DCS), turbine control systems, generators, and switchgear.
Troubleshooting: Perform routine and complex troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, ensuring safe operation and risk management.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calibration, maintenance activities, logs, and blueprints.

Requirements:
Generally 5+ years of experience in instrument/electrical and control system applications, particularly within the energy industry.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational school training is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
Systems Knowledge: Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) programming and configuration is crucial.
