The RTO Manager is responsible for ensuring that Project Cedar (45,000 lbs/hr flash dryer) reaches operational readiness at the moment of handover from the project team to operations. This role coordinates engineering, construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operations stakeholders to ensure that systems, people, procedures, tools, and equipment are fully prepared for safe, reliable, and compliant operations on Day One. The RTO Manager acts as the bridge between the project organization and the future operations organization, ensuring all requirements for startup, early operations, and long-term sustainment are in place.
– Develop and maintain the Operational Readiness (OR) and RTO master plan, aligned with project milestones.
– Define the scope, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for operational readiness.
– Coordinate readiness activities across engineering, construction, HSE, maintenance, and operations.
Pay: $60-$70/hr
1 Year Contract with Industrial Environment
