Job Overview
Job Title: Turbine Operator

Project Type: Aeroderivative Turbine Package Operations & Maintenance

Duration: Approximately 1 year

Schedule: 7 x 12s (84 hours per week)

Compensation & Logistics
Per Diem: $175 / all days

Mobilization: Standard

Technical Execution & Responsibilities
Turbine Operations: Safely and efficiently operate aeroderivative turbine packages, including starting, stopping, and continuous monitoring.

Systems Maintenance: Perform routine and first-line maintenance tasks to ensure fleet reliability and optimal performance.

Specialized Fleet Management: Monitor complex machinery parameters including vibration, exhaust temperatures, and fuel system delivery across various mobile and stationary aeroderivative assets.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose process abnormalities and equipment alarms to minimize downtime and maintain grid or facility availability.

Safety, Quality & Documentation
Procedural Safety: Adhere to strict plant safety standards, hazardous energy controls, and site-specific operational protocols.

Logkeeping: Maintain accurate operational records, equipment logs, and parameters shift-by-shift.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience operating and maintaining a diverse range of aeroderivative turbine packages.

Certifications: Not Specified

Tools: Solar SMT units, LM2500, TM2500, and Pratt & Whitney FT8 turbine systems.
