Rates: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
US Citizenship required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports.
Ensuring adherence to applicable company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures.
Performing various administrative office duties including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, coordinating office relocations, creating, and tracking project correspondence and performing miscellaneous assignments as directed.
Perform invoice reconciliation for plant PO's and on-site contractor maintenance.
Various other administrative duties will be added to support the functional work of the site, may include but not limited to, procedure formatting & signature tracking, using Maximo, site meal logistics, word processing, OneDrive and SharePoint document maintenance, Excel and PowerPoint work, site meeting planning, agenda creation, TEAMS and other administrative functions to support work processes.
Successful candidate must provide steel toe shoes. Other PPE will be provided by JSG and should be worn when walking through certain areas of the worksite.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
