Job Title: Control Room Operator
Location: San Jose, California
Type: 3 month Contract
Compensation: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Per Diem: $284/day

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor control systems within the power plant to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations.
Utilize Siemens TXP DCS controls to manage and troubleshoot plant processes in real-time.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of plant operations and system performance during each shift.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Control Room Operator or similar role in power generation facilities.
Experience with Siemens TXP DCS controls and 2x1 combined cycle power plant operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in control systems.
Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
