Title: Contracts Manager
Location: PA, USA
Start Date: August 4th, 2026  
Project Duration: Approximately 3 years
Working Hours: 40 hours Mon-Fri with high possibilities of going to 60-72 hours depending on the needs of the project.
Expenses: Full expenses and per diem for meals
R and R: Once per month for a long weekend at home

Main Responsibilities:
Role is a site position. The candidate is expected to attend site meetings Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). There might be occasional weekend meetings, which will be paid at an overtime rate.
Coordination and administration of all commercial issues at the site with Customers, consortium partner(s), and subcontractors.
Gathering and tracking information and documentation to protect the Client's rights under the Contract and Consortium Agreements, and to prepare for any risk or claim mitigation involving site issues.
Communicate to the Site Manager (SM), Project Manager (PM), Site Installation Manager (SIM), and Project Contract Manager (PCM) all issues at the site that may have a commercial or contractual risk impact on the project.
