Integral Energy Services is currently looking for a Freelance Commissioning Specialist / Tech Consultant to build a construction project in CxPlanner.

Job Description:
We are looking for an independent contractor to help build out a construction/commissioning project within the CxPlanner platform.
Your primary responsibility will be digital project setup and structure creation. You will NOT be performing physical on-site testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initialize the asset-based project structure inside CxPlanner.
- Build and customize required checklists, Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), and Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs).
- Set up automated workflows, punch-list trackers, and snag-tracking parameters.
- Map and group user permissions so our subcontractors only see their assigned tests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience setting up projects in digital commissioning software (CxPlanner, CxAlloy, Bluerithm, or Facility Grid).
- Background in commercial construction management, engineering, or QA/QC.
- Strong understanding of commissioning workflows (ASHRAE guidelines or similar).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship!
