Integral Energy services is urgently hiring for a Project Scheduler – Power Generation (Primavera P6) REMOTE

Location: Remote Contract (3 months) with strong potential for permanent conversion

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week


Position Details

Fully remote role with minimal travel to our Houston and Wilmington, NC offices.

Occasional site and client visits may be required (minimal)

3-month contract position with a strong likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role.

Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week

Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of power generation projects. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and brings hands-on scheduling experience across simple cycle, combined cycle, and reciprocating engine power plant projects. A strong working knowledge of startup and commissioning sequences is highly valued.

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in P6, with a focus on commissioning and startup

Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules and perform baseline development, schedule updates, and progress measurement

Integrate startup and commissioning logic into the master schedule, working closely with commissioning managers to sequence system turnovers, energization, first fire, and performance testing milestones

Perform critical path analysis, float management, and what-if scenario modeling to support project decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Proven proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (schedule development, resource/cost loading, baselines, global changes, and reporting)

Direct scheduling experience on power generation projects, including one or more of the following: simple cycle, combined cycle, and reciprocating engine (RICE) facilities

Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle for power projects, from engineering and procurement through construction, startup, commissioning, and commercial operation

Experience developing and maintaining startup and commissioning schedules, including system turnover packages and testing sequences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting EPC contractors, owner's engineers, or OEMs on gas turbine (GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi) or reciprocating engine (Wärtsilä, Jenbacher, CAT/MWM) projects

Familiarity with schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse/Risk)

Knowledge of delay analysis and claims support methodologies

PMI-SP, PSP (AACE), or similar scheduling certification

Experience with commissioning management software or turnover tracking systems
