TTS' Industrial Services Group is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities on a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility (Fab) project.

This is an opportunity to join one of the industry's most complex and technically demanding projects, overseeing the safe planning, execution, and turnover of critical mechanical and process utility systems from construction through owner handover.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute project commissioning plans and system turnover strategies.
Lead multidisciplinary commissioning teams throughout construction, startup, testing, and handover.
Coordinate daily commissioning activities with construction, engineering, quality, vendors, and the owner.
Manage system walkdowns, Construction Complete (CC) inspections, and punch list generation/closeout.
Drive Mechanical Completion and System Completion milestones.
Oversee startup and functional testing of mechanical and process utility systems.
Review commissioning procedures, method statements, and turnover documentation.
Coordinate vendor startups and factory support activities.
Track commissioning progress against project schedules and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact milestones.
Ensure all commissioning activities are performed safely and in compliance with project quality standards.
Support owner turnover and final project closeout.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of commissioning experience on large industrial projects.
Previous experience as a Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Lead on semiconductor fab projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, chilled water, cleanroom systems, process utilities, and building services.

Punch List Management
Functional Performance Testing
Startup & Commissioning Documentation
Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site.
