TTS' Industrial Services Group is looking for an experienced Deputy Facility Operations Manager to support the commissioning, startup, and operation of a new LNG export facility.

This is a senior operations leadership position responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facility during commissioning, initial startup, and ongoing operations. The successful candidate must have extensive LNG operating experience, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on knowledge of APCI liquefaction technology.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct on-shift operations personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Ensure operations team members complete required training, assessments, and competency requirements.
Oversee startup, shutdown, and continuous operation of LNG liquefaction, gas pretreatment, utilities, storage, and loading systems.
Serve as a primary operational decision-maker during abnormal operating conditions, plant upsets, and emergency situations.
Coordinate closely with commissioning, startup, construction, maintenance, engineering, automation, and other project teams.
Monitor and control plant processes using distributed control systems and field equipment.
Ensure equipment and systems operate within established process design parameters and safe operating limits.
Manage shift workload, staffing levels, priorities, and resource allocation.
Ensure operational logs, shift reports, testing documentation, and startup procedures are completed accurately.
Lead and participate in system walkdowns, commissioning activities, equipment startups, and operational readiness reviews.
Enforce process safety requirements, operating procedures, and Permit to Work practices.
Participate in hazard assessments, risk reviews, incident investigations, and safety improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop operations personnel to maintain a high level of technical competency.
Analyze plant operating data, identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor chemical inventories and coordinate procurement as needed.
Coordinate vendor and technical specialist activities onsite.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of progressive operations experience within LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, or related process facilities.
Previous supervisory or operations leadership experience within an LNG facility.
Demonstrated experience operating facilities utilizing APCI C3MR or comparable LNG liquefaction technology.
Strong understanding of process safety management principles and operating practices.
Experience using distributed control systems and related plant operating software.
Ability to analyze process data, troubleshoot operational problems, and implement effective solutions.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and during emergency situations.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
Working knowledge of applicable LNG industry codes, standards, environmental requirements, and operating regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience commissioning and starting up LNG liquefaction facilities.
Formal incident command or emergency response training.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to LNG plant operations.
Experience developing or evaluating operations training and competency programs.
