** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Contract Coordinator to fill a four-month contract assignment in the Valdosta, GA area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Distribution Construction Supervisor and is responsible for contract crews performing overhead/underground new construction, maintenance trouble calls, and storm response. This position is also responsible for overhead re-conducting, cable replacement, storm duty, the safety of service crews and their performance in.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 4-10-hour workdays.
Additional hours may be required for planned and scheduled outages to meet the customers needs, which include working evenings, weekends and holidays
Available for Storm Duty
This job will require an alternate work schedule to accomplish the listed responsibilities

Experience Requirements:
Extensive Distribution engineering and/or construction experience required: Maintenance, Overhead, and Underground construction knowledge.
Seven Years Distribution Experience
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel), Distribution Viewer, ARMS, CSS, TCMS and JETS preferred
Ability to analyze drawings, blueprints, specifications, proposals, and project documentation
Demonstrated Safety Excellence
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to manage contractors
Proven negotiation skills
Ability to learn the contracts and enforce them
Ability to effectively interact face to face with Customers, Developers, Builders, and Communication Companies
Ability to motivate and influence others to get work completed
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks over a large territory

Ability to solve problems and remove barriers
