TTS' Industrial Services Group is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the commissioning and startup of a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity to lead commissioning efforts on one of the most significant industrial construction projects currently underway in the United States.

The successful candidate will oversee commissioning strategy, execution, system turnover, and startup activities while working closely with construction, engineering, project controls, and client teams to ensure safe and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commissioning and startup strategy.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of commissioning activities.
• Coordinate system turnover and phased startup with construction teams.
• Manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams throughout project execution.
• Oversee development and execution of commissioning procedures and test plans.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system deficiencies.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, contractors, and client representatives.
• Drive system completion, documentation, and final turnover to operations.
• Ensure all commissioning activities are performed safely and in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of commissioning, startup, or major industrial project experience.
• Previous leadership experience managing large commissioning programs.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
  • HVAC
  • Process utilities
  • Controls/Automation
• Experience with semiconductor, mission-critical, data center, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or other high-tech manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of system completion, integrated scheduling, and startup planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
