Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling: Formulate short- and long-term maintenance routines, upcoming work orders, and major plant outages.
Resource Management: Align labor hours, material requirements, and operational budgets with production goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with plant management, engineering groups, and project managers to streamline workflows.
Safety & Compliance: Oversee hazard isolations, critical component checks, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
4 to 7 years of direct background in power plant or heavy industrial maintenance planning.
Advanced expertise in computerized maintenance management software like Maximo.
Strong independent judgment, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and effective communication for outage readiness.
