TTS' Industrial Services Group is looking for a Lead Electrical Technician to support testing and commissioning activities on a major industrial project in the Southwest U.S. This is a full-time, site-based assignment expected to last approximately 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical system walkdowns and verify installation readiness
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities performed by subcontractors
• Perform or oversee detailed equipment checkouts and functionality checks
• Document deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and construction support
• Support system turnover and acceptance testing
• Enforce startup procedures, electrical safety practices, and LOTO requirements

Systems may include:

• Medium- and low-voltage switchgear
• UPS systems and transfer switches
• Electrical distribution systems
• Grounding and bonding systems
• Lighting systems
• Electrical monitoring and control systems

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on electrical testing, startup, or commissioning experience
• Demonstrated experience leading technicians or subcontractor work
• Ability to read electrical drawings, identify deficiencies, and document test results
• Experience with multi-train electrical systems
• Semiconductor, data center, or other mission-critical facility experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO requirements
