NAES Staffing Services is looking for Warehouse Specialists to work in Carmichaels, PA on a 3 month contract position while they identify a full-time candidate. GENERAL SUMMARY
The OMT- Warehouse is responsible for the receiving and inventory functions for the plant. Administers the plant's inventory program and identifies the need for improvements and increased capabilities. This position assures that the inventory of parts and equipment is complete and accurate. In addition, the Warehouse Technician will provide support with purchasing activities for the plant.

The scope of responsibility in this position includes the following primary functions:
• Ensure accurate entry, proofing, and submission of purchase orders based on stock replenishment and management direction. This includes proper product costing, shipping instructions, and resolving any changes or discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all fixed assets and purchase requisitions and obtain all necessary signatures for approval
• Deal directly with vendors to track order status and follow up on deliveries, tracking the progress of shipments and addressing any problems. Receive, store, ship and issue all items, materials and equipment.
• Assure all received items are properly inspected, accounted for, documented and stored
• Maintain and utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for inventory control purposes
• Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse, tracking all movements
• Maintain inventory of all goods, including sorting, counting and organizing
• Effectively communicate information to plant management relative to the condition of the warehouse and availability of material
• Will assist Maintenance in mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment

Typical work week would be Mon-Frid 0700 to 15:30. During outage times, overtime may be required, (8 to 12 hours per week OT during outages).
