SES Global is recruiting experienced Industrial Electrical & Controls Technicians for foundry maintenance assignments primarily in Albany, Texas, with additional work in Eastland.

PAY & SCHEDULE
• $45–$50/hour, depending on demonstrated experience.
• Higher rates considered for lead technicians with verified Inductotherm electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• $130/day per diem, paid seven days per week for eligible traveling employees ($910/week).
• Approximately 40–65 hours per week over 5–6 days. Hours vary.
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.

EQUIPMENT
• DISAMATIC 270 molding machinery.
• 10-metric-ton Inductotherm coreless induction furnaces operating on a Dual-Trak system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, terminal connections and control wiring.
• Read schematics and trace problems through sensors, relays, contactors, power supplies and PLC inputs/outputs.
• Diagnose control-board and electronic-module faults and replace approved components.
• Troubleshoot machine sequences, alarms, permissives and safety interlocks.
• Perform preventive electrical maintenance and document findings and repairs.
• Coordinate with plant maintenance and manufacturer technical support.
• Follow equipment-specific lockout/tagout and electrical safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong hands-on industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to independently read schematics and systematically diagnose equipment failures.
• Experience with PLC-controlled production equipment; Siemens experience strongly preferred.
• Direct DISA/DISAMATIC or Inductotherm maintenance experience strongly preferred. Experience with either system will be considered.
• Electrical safety training and qualifications appropriate to the assigned work.
• Ability to work in a foundry environment involving heat, dust, noise and required PPE.

Industrial electricians, electrical/controls technicians, I&E/E&I technicians, I&C technicians and industrial electronics technicians with relevant equipment experience are encouraged to apply.
