Status: Hourly $26/ possible per diem
Hours: Full Time, 6:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. M-F, minimum 40 hours per week
Potential for overtime on Weekdays and Weekends

Education or Required Experience:
� 3 years of experience in the ship/boat building industry welding aluminum
� Must be able to read blue prints
� Must be able to tack, distribute heat evenly with a clean bead
� Must be able to pass the MSB Pre-Employment Mock Weld Test
Required Skills:
� Excellent math skills with the ability to read a tape measure accurately
� Must be able to either fit or weld aluminum proficiently
� Ability to fix a defected weld
� Must be able to weld in any position (uphill, downhill, horizontal, pipe or flat)
� Ability to operate power equipment safely and comply with all safety standards
� Must be able to operate power tools (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)
� Good communication skills

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat or kneel regularly, as
well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
