JOB DETAILS:
- Minimum 3yrs marine TIG aluminum welding experience, preferably repair welding
- Pay: $25/hr with $120/working day for qualified candidates (per federal regulations, cannot live within 60 miles of jobsite and receive per diem)
- Positions available for local (non-per diem) and non-local (per diem) candidates
- 40+ hrs/wk - potential for plenty of overtime
- Long-term expected duration
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own tools
- Must have own PPE
- Employee would be responsible for own travel/lodging

SCOPE OF WORK/REQUIREMENTS:
- TIG aluminum repair welding
- Marine work on commercial marine vessels
:: Anything from tug boats to passenger ferries to large tankers
- Must have strong understanding of metallurgy and specific challenges of welding in a marine environment
- Welding on hulls, superstructures, and other critical components with high-quality, precise, and durable welds suitable for marine environments
