HKA Construction Services is now hiring a Field Manual Machinist for a mining company project located in Kilgore, TX. All applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Wages:
Up to $44.00 Per Hour
Per Diem Offered

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate line bore and bore tec.
- Plan and lay out work, utilizing basic knowledge of trigonometry and geometry.
- Welding experience, fabrication, and build up work.
- Flexible work schedule and flexibility with travel based on the overall needs of the company.
- Operate cranes on service truck.
- Welding repairs to heavy structural components per OEM procedures - working independently.
- Use prescribed procedures to inspect part(s) and product(s) produced to assure compliance to specifications that will eliminate defects, scrap, rework, etc.
- Secure and fabricate necessary tools and materials following verbal or written instructions, samples, or prints.
- Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauge and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
- Maintain a billable rate according to department and company objectives.
- Ability to train personnel.
- Ability to machine/line bore parts to print inspect.
