Trade Team USA looking to fill a Direct-Hire Position for a Structural Superintendent needed for a great company where you will be working in Hawaii.

Main Duties: Supervises and directs day-to-day execution of activities of welders, ship fitters, subcontract workers in ship repair work. Responsible for safety, quality, schedule and budget of all assigned work.
Training Requirements:
5 years Marine Repair required.
SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW experience is required.
Experience with US Navy Ship repair/NAVSEA regulation is required.
AWS certification, ABS/NAVSEA certifications is preferred
Associates degree in Industrial Trades/Applied Science is preferred
Proficient with Word and Excel
Minimum of 10 years of experience in shipyard heavy industry is required
Extensive knowledge of ship repair processes.
Knowledge of managing Federal Contracts

Pay ranges are as follows:

Superintendent: $115K - $135K with a 20% Incentive program
(can earn up to 20% of annual income)
And relocation assistance can be between $10K - $15K. 30-Day temp housing and 30-Day temp vehicle assistance.
