Must Have Skills:
Must Have at a Minimum 2 Years of aluminum welding experience
Aluminum Welding experience
Use of Miller Aluminum Welding Equipment
Welding experience on similar vessels.
Knowledge and ability to keep track of parts and materials
Keep clean and organized working station
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and on teams.
Skilled problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent decision-making skills with strong initiative.
Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively (oral and written) as well as the ability to work well with others involved in diverse responsibilities.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Understand the use of Miller Wire Feed Welding Machines
Ability to provide own welding helmet and basic air tools. Most tools will be provided.
