360X Staffing is hiring for DOD experienced welders that can pass a weld test.

We are hiring an experienced Structural Welder to support the construction of DOD (Navy) Class Frigate warships. Candidates must be proficient in welding with .052 wire on 3/8" carbon steel and able to pass 2G, 3G, and 4G weld tests. Work is primarily in a climate-controlled indoor facility with occasional outdoor assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Weld structural components on Navy warships per blueprints/specs
Perform quality welds in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Collaborate with team to meet production timelines

Requirements:
Shipbuilding or marine welding experience
Skilled with .052 wire on 3/8" carbon steel
Welding certifications (2G/3G/4G)
Ability to read blueprints
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
