Must have 5 years of experience in trade in shipyard
Must be able to pass the following tests in person:
Must be able to pass Structural Plate Test (SMAW) with 11018m covered electrode, and Flux Core (FCAW) plate with 71T1 filler.
Must be able to pass GTAW plate test for Stainless Steel.
Must be able to pass SMAW plate for Stainless Steel.
Must be able to pass Stick over TIG plate test (7018 and 70S2).
Must be able to pass Aluminum Plate test.
Must be able to pass Pipe socket test for Carbon Steel.
Must have own tools
Must be DBIDS eligible
Must be able to pass drug test
