C.A. Jones is now hiring marine pipe welders for long term, national defense work underway at Marinette Marine in Marinette, Wisconsin. Don't miss this exciting opportunity.

Per Diem is available for qualified non-local personnel. Applicants must be able to pass drug screening prior to job start. Applicants should have a minimum of (5) years of work experience as a pipe welder in a shipyard / marine industrial environment. Must be willing to work ANY shift.

Must be able to pass pipe weld testing:

there are 3 6GR (restricted) tests
materials are 6" sch 40 carbon, 6" sch 40 stainless, 6" sch 10 copper-nickel
there are a total of 5 restricted socket weld tests that very in combinations of the materials listed above
testing takes roughly 1 week
all tests are bend tests/ xray is not required
