360X Staffing is looking for Pipe Welders in South Point, OH!

$30/hr + $100 daily per diem for days worked

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 6G pipe welding using SMAW with 5/32� electrodes on carbon steel pipes.
- Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and project specifications.
- Inspect and ensure welds meet quality standards and pass X-ray/NDT when applicable.
- Maintain welding equipment and work area according to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and supervisors on barge-related tasks.
- Adhere to OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines, including confined space and hot work protocols.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe welding, preferably in a marine or industrial setting.
- Proficient in 6G SMAW welding with 5/32� rods on carbon steel (certification preferred).
- Ability to pass a welding test prior to employment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and on/around water.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
