NOW HIRING: Aluminum Structural Welders with GMAW (MIG) experience for high-priority, long-term government shipbuilding contracts in Marinette and Green Bay, WI.

Pay: Up to $28+/hr + $130/day Per Diem
Locations: Marinette, WI and Green Bay, WI
Schedule: Monday�Saturday, 10-12 hour shifts. Overtime mandatory on weekends.

Job Overview:

We're looking for experienced aluminum and carbon steel MIG welders ready to step into a hands-on, high-output environment. This role focuses on structural welding aboard LCS (Littoral Combat Ships). If you're dependable, ready to certify, and want to be part of a long-term project�this is your shot.

What You�ll Be Doing:

Perform structural GMAW (MIG) welds on aluminum and carbon steel.
Weld pipe hangers and supports for LCS hulls per NAVSEA and MIL-STD specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specs.
Work closely with other trades, inspectors, and subcontractors to complete hull repair and construction.
Maintain strict safety protocols, PPE compliance, and quality craftsmanship.

You Must Have:

4�5+ years of shipyard experience welding aluminum and carbon steel (GMAW/MIG OR GTAW/TIG).
Ability to pass aluminum and carbon steel GMAW or GTAW fillet weld tests (2F & 3F).
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Required for DBIDS access).
OSHA 10 Maritime & Firewatch Certs (or willingness to complete).
Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Ability to wear a respirator and pass all pre-employment checks.
Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced shipyard team.
