Trade Team USA is seeking skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems in a shipyard setting with a focus on both installation and maintenance. Have 2 plus years of experience. Be able to travel to Marinette, Wisconsin to work as soon as possible.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour after 3 weeks you can be raised to $23 per hour.
Per Diem: $150 per day worked. Must work full 40 hour shift to get full per diem.
Travel Bonus: $500 bonus is paid after your first 40 hours of work.
Hotel Advance: First 2 weeks advanced to you until first check.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical work for new ship construction projects.
Work is indoors, and a commitment to quality and safety is essential.
Install, maintain, and repair Navy boats electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters for various tasks.

Requirements:
Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident card is required.
