Pay: $24/hr + $150 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled Marine Joiner to join our team for outfitting navy ships and new-built Department of Defense (DOD) vessels in North East Wisconsin. As a Marine Joiner, you will play a vital role in the meticulous craftsmanship and finishing of interior spaces on these vessels.

Responsibilities:

- Install, assemble, and finish interior joinery elements in compliance with shipbuilding requirements.
- Work on outfitting various spaces on navy ships and DOD vessels, including cabins, mess halls, and lounges.
- Collaborate closely with the shipbuilding team to ensure seamless integration of joinery work with overall construction activities.
- Utilize woodworking tools and techniques to fabricate and install joinery components of exceptional quality.
- Maintain high standards of precision and attention to detail in all joinery tasks.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marine Joiner or Carpenter, preferably in the marine or shipbuilding industry.
- Expertise in woodworking techniques and materials commonly used in marine joinery work.
- Ability to interpret joinery plans and blueprints accurately.
- Exceptional craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail in finishing joinery elements.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues.

Working Days: Monday - Thursday
Working Hours: (4) 10 hour shifts
