ALUMINUM WELDERS WANTED � GREEN BAY, WI

If you�re a skilled MiG-Pulse Aluminum Welder/Fabricator looking for competitive pay, solid schedules, and a clean aluminum-only facility � this is the job you�ve been waiting for.

WHAT YOU GET:

$26.00/hr

$150/day Per Diem

$300 Travel Reimbursement after 40 hours worked

Hotel advanced until your first paycheck

10-hour days, 4+ days a week

Job site located in Green Bay, WI

THE WORK:

Aluminum-only facility (no steel, no switching processes)

Welding & fitting required

Testing includes:

2G, 3G, 4G MiG-Pulse on Aluminum

Visual & bend testing only (NO X-ray)

WHAT WE�RE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of MiG-Pulse Aluminum experience

Strong welding and fitting skills

Shipyard experience is a plus

If your aluminum skills are solid � we want to see you

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

ONBOARDING & TESTING:

Audiogram(hearing test)
Respirator fit test & respiratory exam
10-panel drug screen

Testing is held every Monday at 6:00 AM

Orientation Tuesday after passing the weld test

SHIFTS:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM � 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM � 2:30 AM

10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (minimum)

Per Diem Bonus:
If you work your full 40 hours with no overtime offered, you still get 5 full days of per diem.
