Trade Team is Hiring Pipe Welders in Portland, Oregon

PAY:
$34 per hour and $120 a day per diem (PER DIEM IS PAID 7 DAYS A WEEK)
$300 travel reimbursement offered after 40 hours worked.
Lodging assistance available (For first two weeks)

TESTING:

Candidates must pass a 6G timed pipe weld test using TIG or Stick. Testing materials may include steel, stainless steel, or CuNi, with CuNi being the primary current need. Welders are expected to set up their own welding machines. Visual inspection will be performed, and one repair is permitted within the original time limit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have proven pipe welding experience with TIG or Stick, with CuNi experience strongly preferred. A minimum of one to two years of shipyard experience is required. Resumes must be fully up to date and clearly outline pipe materials worked with, welding processes, and testing history. Candidates must be able to pass a clean urine drug screen (10-panel), a respirator fit test/exam, and a background check.
