Position: Offshore Medic
Start Date: March 4 (next immediate need)
Location: Offshore - Virginia, United States (On-site)
Contract Type: W-2 or 1099 Contractor
Daily Rate: Open - Candidate to Provide Requested Daily Rate
Anticipated Range: $700 a day (W2) or $800 a day as a (1099)
Vessel: HOS Riverbend
Rotation: 6-week rotations
Preferred Candidates: U.S.-Based
Certifications Required (GWO must be in hand):
• HUET including EBS
• Chester Step Test / METS Test (we can assist with Chester Step if needed)
• USCG Medical Certificate (CG-719K) or equivalent
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO First Aid
• Manual Handling Certification
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Working at Heights
• CVOW Environmental Training
• US B1-OCS Visa with "travel to OCS for wind activities" annotation (if not a U.S. citizen)
Job Overview:
Seeking one to two experienced Offshore Medics to support our client's upcoming offshore campaigns in the wind, oil, and gas sectors. These roles are rotational and based out of Norfolk, VA. Candidates must be confident in both emergency response and routine care in remote offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency medical response and routine care to offshore personnel
• Conduct health checks and maintain accurate medical documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and medical protocols
• Manage and maintain the offshore medical facility and medical supply inventory
• Participate in emergency drills and safety exercises
• Promote team wellbeing and support overall offshore operations
Requirements (To Be Considered):
• HUET including EBS
• Chester Step Test / METS Test
• USCG Medical Certificate (CG-719K) or equivalent
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO First Aid
• Manual Handling Certification
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Working at Heights
• CVOW Environmental Training

• Ability to commit to preferred 6-week rotation schedule
Compensation & Contract Details:

• Travel & mobilization support provided as applicable
