Marine Welder/Fitters needed in WI, details found below:

Job Details:
Marine welding and fitting on custom luxury yachts.

- Pay: Up to $35/hr, depending on experience
- Per Diem: $120/working day for eligible candidates
- Location: Manitowoc WI
- Duration: Long-Term
- Hours: 40+, cannot guarantee OT
- Employee responsible for own travel & lodging
- Must have updated resume on file with Tradesmen International
- Must have updated onboarding paperwork on file with Tradesmen International
- Must conduct phone interview with client prior to start, immediate start following

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a 1st Class Marine Structural Welder with minimum 1 year recent marine welding experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with marine MIG and/or TIG welding, all positions
- Minimum 3 years experience with marine aluminum welding
- Must be able to weld components as directed by fitters or metal fabricators
- Must be able to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Must be able to assist fitters and/or perform fitting duties in addition to welding
- Must be able to position, align, and fit together fabricated plates, weldments, and structural shapes into the marine hull
