Trade Team is seeking an experienced Outfitter Foreman with strong shipyard experience to join a fast-paced shipyard environment. This position is located in Sturgeon Bay, WI.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated leader with in-depth knowledge of outfitting operations who can manage manpower and materials while keeping projects on schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $26.00 per hour
Per Diem: $150.00 per day for days worked
Travel Reimbursement: $250.00 after 40 hours worked
Lodging: Hotel advanced until first paycheck
Position Requirements

Extensive knowledge of shipyard outfitting operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage manpower, materials, and tight schedules
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Interview conducted directly with shipyard staff
