SPRAY PAINTER / BLASTER – TRADE TEAM USA

PAY
$21 per hour
$120 per diem

JOB OVERVIEW
Marine Spray Painter must
Apply protective coatings to vessels using spray guns brushes or rollers
Prepare surfaces with sanding and blasting
Mix and apply primers and finish coats for rust and corrosion prevention
Operate airless sprayers and other specialized equipment
Work safely at heights and in demanding shipyard environments using proper PPE

Marine Blaster must
Prepare ship and offshore surfaces using abrasive blasting or UHP water jets
Remove rust old paint and contaminants to ensure proper coating adhesion
Operate specialized blasting equipment safely in confined spaces and at heights
Follow strict environmental and safety standards including OSHA and NACE/SSPC

WORK DETAILS
Full-time at least 40 hours per week
Overtime may be available but not guaranteed
