Pay: $25 - 29/hr (DOE) + $100 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled Marine Electricians with shipayrd experience and in new construction projects, specifically focusing on tug boats and barges. The Marine Electrician will be responsible for the new installation of all electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures on a tug boat currently under construction.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on tug boats according to specifications
- New installation of electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures during the construction of the tug boat
- Ensure compliance with marine electrical regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other construction and marine professionals to ensure project completion
- Perform testing and inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marine Electrician with a focus on new construction projects
- Familiarity with marine electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
- Relevant certifications in marine electrical work or electrical systems
- Availability for immediate start and willingness to work in South Point, OH

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: 50+ hrs/week
