Pay: $29/hr+ $100 daily per diem for days worked

We are looking for skilled Machinists with experience in running manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and drills for an opportunity in a shipyard machine shop fabricating parts for marine propulsion systems:


Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and drills to fabricate parts for marine propulsion systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to produce accurate components
- Perform precision machining to meet tight tolerances and quality standards in a fast-paced shipyard environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machinist in a machine shop setting, with expertise in manual and CNC machining operations
- Proficiency in setting up and operating lathes, mills, drills, and other machining equipment
- Ability to fabricate parts, components, and assemblies for marine propulsion systems with precision and efficiency
- Knowledge of materials, cutting tools, and machining techniques specific to marine applications
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
