NSC Staffing is actively seeking experienced Marine Blaster Painters to join our team in Marinette, WI. Candidates must be certified to SSPC C7 and either C14 Industrial Coating Application Specialist or C12 Spray Application Specialist standards. This role involves performing abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and application of marine coatings on vessels and structural components in shipyard and dry dock environments.

Position Overview:
As a Marine Blaster Painter, you will carry out abrasive blasting, apply coatings, and ensure all work meets SSPC/NACE specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. This position requires knowledge of blasting equipment, coating application techniques, and shipyard safety procedures, including confined space entry.

Required: Valid SSPC C7 Abrasive Blaster Certification. Valid SSPC C14 Coating Application Specialist or SSPC C12 Spray Application Certification. Minimum 3 years marine or industrial blasting/painting experience. Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and respirator fit test.
