Now Hiring: Accuracy Control Technician

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time / Overtime as required
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Perform alignment and measurement of sections and blocks
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Maintain quality standards and meet schedules
- Record and submit measurements accurately and on time
- Provide daily updates on progress and results
- Ensure all measurement equipment is calibrated and ready
- Assist with new project setup as needed
- Create and submit measurements and final product reports

Requirements:

- Experience in measurement, quality control, minimum 5+ years in shipbuilding
- Ability to read prints and drawings
- Familiar with AVEVA systems
- Knowledge of total stations, levels, and digital instruments
- Experience with measuring tools / MS60, Net1A, AT403, Spatial Analyzer, etc. (transits, optical levels, etc.)
- Strong math skills and understanding of steel structures
