Now Hiring: Fillet Weld Gantry Operator

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time / Overtime as required
Pay: $32.00/Hour, $150.00 Per Diem & Travel Pay

Key Responsibilities

- Operate automated gantry welding systems for fillet weld applications
- Review setup sheets, drawings, and specifications for proper weld setup
- Align, position, and secure parts prior to welding
- Monitor weld quality, penetration, and bead consistency
- Adjust weld parameters (heat, wire feed, travel speed) as required
- Inspect welds and perform minor corrective actions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of automated or CNC welding experience
- Knowledge of welding processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of automated systems and controls
- Shipbuilding experience preferred
