Now Hiring: One-Side Welding Machine Operator

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time / Overtime as required
Pay: $32.00/Hour, $150.00 Per Diem & Travel Pay

Key Responsibilities
- Operate one-side welding systems for panel and structural welding
- Review drawings and setup sheets for welding requirements
- Ensure proper joint prep, backing, and alignment
- Monitor welding process to prevent defects (distortion, burn-through)
- Adjust machine controls to maintain weld integrity
- Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of welding machine operation experience
- Knowledge of one-side welding processes and machine operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding specs
- Basic knowledge of automated welding systems
- Shipyard experience a plus
