Hiring Level I QC Inspector
Rebar experience required
$40 hour
NQA-1 Experience

Position Responsibilities

-Perform NQA-1 Level I oversight inspections
-Inspect rebar bends for compliance with project specifications
-Conduct dimensional inspections of steel bars and related products
-Review manufacturing and quality documentation
-Verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
-Document inspection findings and prepare inspection reports
-Communicate quality concerns and nonconformances to management
-Maintain accurate inspection records

Required Qualifications

-Current or previous NQA-1 Level I qualification
-5 years of experience inspecting rebar, reinforcing steel, or fabricated steel products
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures
-Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems
-Nuclear industry experience
-Source inspection experience
-Quality assurance or quality control background
-Familiarity with ASME, NQA-1, or related quality standards
-Experience with dimensional inspection tools and measuring equipment
-People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Experience:

-Quality Control: Min 3 years (Preferred)
-Rebar Installation: Min 3 years (Preferred)
