Project Location - Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking experienced Structural Welders for heavy industrial and shipbuilding projects.

Great Pay, Per Diem, Travel Pay and Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural welding using approved WPS procedures.
- Read and interpret welding specifications and blueprints.
- Complete quality checks on finished welds.
- Follow all safety standards and procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' work experience
- Structural welding experience in shipbuilding, fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
- Ability to pass weld testing and qualifications
- Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safe work practices
- Strong attention to quality and details.
