Looking for 3 levels of Load Forecasting Analysts - Career, Senior and Expert -

Career - BS/BA degree in Business,Economics,Engineering or related discipline. 2 years of related experience. Acts as a witness assistant. Supports writing sections of testimony, developing work papers and exhibits. Prepares technical content of less complex data responses. Coordinates discovery, audits and workshops to ensure responses are accurate and timely. Provides quality assurance reviews of testimony and workpapers.
Assist with department projects such as development and documentation of processes, guidelines, standards, and models. Analyzes data using various models and analytical tools to develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends and profiles. Prepares presentation of results.
Assists in review, analysis and summarization of third party testimony, regulatory proposals, pleadings, agreements and decisions, consistent with facts, to identify issues.

Senior - BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related discipline. 3 years of related experience. 4 years of Regulatory, Analytical, Project Management experience. Acts as a witness for areas of moderate quantitative regulatory expertise. Writes testimony, develops work papers and exhibits. Composes responses and/or prepares technical content for data responses. Coordinates discovery, audits and workshops to ensure responses are accurate and timely. May testify in regulatory proceedings. Acts as witness assistant for areas of quantitative regulatory expertise. Leads department projects such as development and documentation of processes, guidelines, standards, models and analytics. Analyzes data using advanced tools to develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends and profiles. Develops conclusions and recommendations.

Expert-BS/BA degree in Business,Economics,Engineering or related discipline. 5 years of related experience.
6 years of Regulatory, Analytical, Project Management experience. Acts as a witness for areas of quantitative regulatory expertise. Writes testimony, develops work papers and exhibits. Composes responses and/or prepares technical content for complex data responses. Coordinates discovery, audits and workshops to ensure responses are accurate and timely. May testify in regulatory proceedings. Acts as witness assistant for areas of complex quantitative regulatory expertise
Leads complex department projects such as development and documentation of processes, guidelines, standards, models and analytics. Analyzes data using advanced tools to develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends and profiles. Develops conclusions and recommendations. Presents to Sr Manager and Directors

Looking to fill these positions in the beginning of 2018. Must be local to the area.
