One of our clients, one of the largest Energy companies in the world, has an urgent need for an Engagement Lead. This is a 12 month “contract assignment” anticipated to last through February, 2019. In the role of an Engagement Lead you will develop and create communications on behalf of the Program in line with the Stakeholders strategy and business engagement approach. You will manage events including key messaging and logistics to ensure the right output is achieved. As the Engagement Lead you will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization for digital media channels. You will be required to develop metrics and evaluate the level of change adoption associated with communication and engagement strategies deployed. You will also lead a small team of Change Analysts in support of the execution of the wider change efforts.
The qualified candidate for Engagement Lead MUST HAVE:
* Understanding of the Utility and Energy Industries (Gas Industry desired).
* Five (5) plus years of experience leading change efforts within a significant size company.
* At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
* Three (3) plus years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
* Hands on experience using Web Analytic tools such as Google Analytics, social listening tools, and/or WordPress.
* Solid knowledge of Digital and Social Media.
* Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Human Resources, or related field).
