One of our clients, one of the largest Energy companies in the world, has an urgent need for a Process Improvement Director. This is a 6 month “contract assignment” anticipated to last through September, 2018. This company has been recognized as one of the “Most Admired Utility Companies” in the USA. This is an energized team who is in the process of implementing changes, and they are very excited about the direction they are heading in! This career opportunity is geographically located near popular resort areas offering boating, fishing, and wine tasting, with metropolitan, rural and cultural areas within easy reach. This is a highly visible position where you will interact with executives on a daily basis. A long term, contract extension opportunity is available for a top performer!

In the role of a Process Improvement Director you will lead a team of Process Improvement professionals and employees across the organization. You will be responsible for the design, timely delivery, and implementation of process improvement initiatives. You will focus on improving the performance of the entire end to end (E2E) process in order to meet performance objectives and targets, through the use of proven methodologies and tools. You will work with the Process Improvement Leads to align process improvement efforts and initiatives with other programs such as: Shaping our Future, Critical Project Portfolio, Customer Experience Transformation, Gas Business Enablement, Supply Chain Transformation, etc.

The qualified candidate for the Process Improvement Director MUST HAVE:
* Five (5) plus years of Electric Utility management experience related to Process Improvement.
* Proven experience influencing Senior Executives of an organization.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to bring together diverse teams in order to meet a common goal.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related preferred.
