One of our clients, a prestigious, forward-thinking Electric Utility, has an urgent need for a Senior Recruiter. This is a long-term “contract assignment” that is anticipated to last twelve (12) months. Full-time permanent opportunities are a real possibility for a top performer! This opportunity is located in a rural, low cost-of-living area, but still close to the amenities of a large city with an international airport, making for easy travel. Outdoor activities abound for the outdoor enthusiast including hunting, fishing, snowboarding and much more with many lakes and mountains close by!
In the role of Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for developing creative sourcing strategies and qualifying candidate for open positions, through the development of strong working relationships with hiring managers. You will review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, education and knowledge in relation to position requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. In addition, you will conduct phone screens, interviews, and employee benefit overviews.
The qualified candidate for Senior Recruiter MUST have:
* Five (5) plus years of Full Cycle recruiting experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and influencing skills required.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships with a broad range of individuals.
