Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for budgeting, leading, directing, motivating, training, planning and including the retention and hiring of Project Supervisors and new Employees.

Alert Management regarding potential sales opportunities to secure additional projects
Good communication skills at all levels of the company. Communicate Field Services and Meter Technology and procedures to both client and employees. Project Manager must be an excellent communicator who builds a team environment and effectively sets and manages expectations and deliverables. Must receive directions and operate independently, setting priorities, good teamwork, orientation as well as highly innovative to grow with the company. Hands on expertise to meet or quickly learn to meet the specific position requirements listed below.
Maintain a positive working relationship with client and employees.
Ensure both client and Scope policies are shared with all employees.
Ensure each operation provides orientation to all new hires, employee manuals and communication of benefits available.
Coordinate the documentation of each employee's Training Certifications.
Assesses each employee's comprehension of skills and abilities in both theory and application.
Follow up by checking services in response to customer inquiries; responsible for the character of the work itself and for the technician's contact with the treatment of the Utility's customers.
Monitor the performance of the Project and all tasks including field work and response to customer calls and/or complaints.
Review with Project Supervisor's field schedules and staffing levels to ensure daily tasks are being met according to the Utility's mandated applications.
Responsible for oversight investigation of materials, tools and equipment failures and identifying corrective actions and implementing appropriate action plans.
Closely monitor performance measures and make necessary adjustment to meet required measures daily.
Develop and maintain a highly motivated productivity work group.
Ensure daily safety meetings are held and documented and recorded in each employee personnel folder.
Manage Safety Performance daily by developing and administering procedures to alleviate personal injuries and vehicle incidents.
Safety performance must adhere to and exceed client's requirements. Each incident must be thoroughly investigated and reported immediately to upper management to determine final outcome.
Work with Senior Project Manager and Human Resources to resolve all employees' conflicts and/or terminations as required.
Fleet Maintenance and repairs must be monitored via vehicle records and daily or weekly inspection forms. Vehicles with problems must be repaired once problem has been discovered or at regular maintenance intervals. Maintenance cost must be monitored by accessing service provider data base.
Specific Fuel card is assigned to each vehicle. Card can also be used to obtain maintenance, and card must be maintained with assigned vehicle when service is being requested before and after. If card is missing, card must be canceled and request is submitted for replacement. Upon termination of an employee, the pin number must be canceled.
Budgeting must be adhered to ensure project cost controls and profitability.
Selling and Bidding of Projects are encouraged with upper management awareness and involvement. Project Manager will engage clients to ascertain possible opportunities.
Some local Travel may be required.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experiences preferred. In lieu of Bachelors degree additional years of experience required.
Valid drivers license.
Computer skills and familiarity with utilizing Microsoft office suite.
Strong leadership skills.
Skills for data entry. (Microsoft software)
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Capable of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Good understanding of operations and basic customer service needs.
Read and Write and comprehend maintenance manuals and technical instructions.
Become familiar with all company policies and procedures including the Scope Services Safety Manual.
Environment will be inside and outside conditions.
Exposure to heat, cold, fumes, dust, noise and water.
Must be willing to work extended and/or irregular hours.
Ability to adjust to inclement weather changes.
Walking, sitting and standing for extended periods.
