TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Complete customer site visits by performing energy audits of facilities to identify opportunities for the customer to reduce electrical and gas consumption Evaluate energy efficiency options for customer specific needs and determine the appropriate Client channel (rebates, CORE, 3rd Party, Direct Install, etc.) to utilize Provide technical calculations to estimate and confirm customer baselines, potential energy savings and address other impacts that could affect customer projects Determine the appropriate calculation method to most effectively quantify potential energy savings based on; project complexity, business impact, and uncertainty of calculation inputs BUSINESS/PRODUCT/PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Use technical knowledge and expertise to proactively identify future EE market opportunities Build relationships with customers and facility contacts to assist in market transformation efforts, field perspective and identification of process or program gaps Assist products and programs departments in the development of additional portfolio opportunities PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage identified EE projects from development through implementation and payment. Requires updating of project status and interacting with BES members in Salesforce/Energy Insight tool, and communicating with all parties involved with project lifecycle TECHNICAL TRAINING: Provide technical and policy trainings to the sales organization (BES) Respond to sales team questions from the field with regard to products, programs, applications or processes where coordination with other departments as needed
