Job Description: The Utility Scheduler/ Primavera Support in the Workload Management and Document Control group will be responsible for working in Primavera (P6), coordinating the tracking of Design and Engineering activities, creating/modifying/running various Power BI reports, and providing oversight for project coordination across multiple disciplines. This position is in the Transmission & Substation Department.
Academic/Formal Training: Bachelors degree in Business or Technical Field preferred
Job Related/Experience: 3-5 years related scheduling experience
Specialized Skills, Knowledge, License Requirements/Registrations, Etc.:
Strong analytical skills and evaluation techniques
Experience and proficiency in using PC software such as MS Project or Primavera (P6) (Preferred), Power BI, Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize a variety of independent assignments and meet deadlines
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings, problem solve and drive to resolution.
Ability to handle conflict
Position Requirements: 1. Primavera (P6) scheduling experience is required.
2. Primavera (P6) System Administrator experience is desired.
3. Report writing capability, specifically in Power BI and analytical skills is preferred.
4. Project Management/Work Management knowledge or experience is preferred.
5. Utility Industry (Transmission & Substation) knowledge/experience would be beneficial.
