BHI Energy is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee our client's Electric Vehicle Team as well as the transformation with a goal to take a lead position as an electric vehicle/alternative fuel (EV/AF) adopter/innovator within the Utilities industry.
This is a critical role within the Fleet group which is comprised of 3 smaller teams -
1. Fleet Operations - maintenance and inspections of fleet vehicles.
2. Fleet Asset Management which works with procurement of fleet vehicles and other fleet assets
3. Fleet Business Operations and Support - includes customer service, administrative assistance, technology, reporting and program management
Job Details / Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for building, managing, and monitoring fleet electrification project plans.
- Work with manufacturers and vendors, interact with business partners, corporate communications, customer care, facilities, and stakeholders.
- Go-to person for running the EV program.
- Implementation and strategy for EV program
- Responsible for cost, variance reporting, and budgeting
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Utility fleet knowledge
- Electric vehicle knowledge
- Strong PM knowledge
- Change management knowledge
- Project, AND fleet management skills
- MUST possess good character, passion, and capacity to learn and grow
- Stellar communication & interpersonal/relationship skills - Will be interacting with high level executive leadership to middle management to mechanics, fleet and garage staff. Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the company
